Shipping and Fees	This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of ten percent (10%) of the winning bid amount. Also required is a shipping/insurance fee of $19.95. (The buyer's premium covers the costs associated with the auction.) This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the buyer to the seller. Winning Bid + Buyer's Premium + $19.95 = Total Purchase Price. The Fees mentioned above are non-refundable if the item is returned, except if the error is ours. In most cases, for multiple purchases of similar items we'd be happy to combine shipping charges upon request.

The appraised Gems & Jewelry includes a certificate prepared by a professional GIA certified grading expert. Each item was selected for its investment potential and marketable value. Additionally 50 Properties are ordered to be liquidated for this special auction.All properties will be sold to the respectful buyer free & clear of any liens, or encumbrances.
