Frankfurt am Main: Album with Views of Frankfurt

Album with Views of Frankfurt am Main and Surroundings. 1890s. 100 vintage collodion prints (including 16 gelatin silver prints). Circa 12,5 x 17 cm and 17 x 12,5 cm. Flush-mounted to album boards (slightly time-stained), with black ink borderlines around the images on the mounts, handwritten table of contents in back, bound in contemporary half-canvas album with decorative marble paper cover (edges slightly rubbed).
The images show buildings of old Frankfurt, scenes along the Main river and some nice images of an amusement park with carousels and shooting galleries, as well as surrounding areas and villages. - Some prints slightly faded along edges, otherwise most in very good condition.
