Early record of the North Yarmouth family of Cushing Prince (born 1745) and Hannah Blanchard (born 1752) married 1773 and their nine children, born 1774 to 1796. Done by Asenath (1779), Dorcus (1781) or Hannah (1784). The youngest two daughters have no dates listed. Several branches of the Prince families resided in the North Yarmouth area of Maine for generations. Sampler is silk on linen with a partial alphabet and decorative band over the family record. Some fading and spots. Framed. 16"w. 15"h.
