Bud Vase with Bird on Perch Figural Napkin Ring. Tall fretwork handle separates a silver-plated bud vase from the napkin holder. Next to the napkin holder is a small bird on a perch. Round raised base. Marked "Rockford Silver Plate Co., #177". Condition (VERY GOOD).
