DESCRIPTION: An ancient Greek bronze coin issued under King Ptolemy III, called Euergutes (Benefactor), 246-221 BC. Obverse with diademed head of Zeus Ammon right. Reverse with eagle standing left on thunderbolt, cornucopiae before, monogram between legs. Inscription around translates to "Ptolemy King". Dot border both sides. With Certificate of Authenticity. 42mm. 75.91 grams. CONDITION: Earth green patina. Fine condition.
