Lot of 2 Tin American Comic Character Toys. 8" T., Marx Joe Penner with original hat. Wind-up. Working. 6" T., Harold Lloyd Bell Ringer. Plunge-activated. His face moves up and down and bell rings. Bell is nice and bright. Both have minor scratching and wear. Condition (EXCELLENT).
