French empire gilt metal mounted figured mahogany commode. The rectangular black marble top above a conforming case fitted with a blind drawer projecting above three graduated drawers flanked by free standing columns with gilt metal capitals and bases. The drawer with gilt metal pierced escunteons and circular knobs above a straight apron raised on columnar legs. Height: 35 in. Width: 47 1/2 in.
