Oil on canvas, signed and dated lower left: Willy Mulot 26.The painter Willy Mulot studied under Eugen Dücker at the Dusseldorf Academy. He painted pricipally portraits, landscapes and still-lifes and was also active in Wiesbaden as an illustrator. Works by the artist are held by the Städtische Gemäldegalerie Wiesbaden and the Wiesbaden Landeshaus.
