Striking Rookwood vase, excellent Vellum glaze with an unusual and beautifully painted landscape with poplar trees, executed by Sara Sax in 1910, #950D, 4"w x 9"h, ground X probably due to thinness in the glaze at top rim, great contrast in this Arts and Crafts inspired piece, the color is very nice
Condition reportground X; minor crazing; impressed logo, date, shape #, artist initials and V for Vellum, on base; overall very good condition
