Paul V. Ambrose and Drew J. Bauer present: This is an unbelievable Sterling Plastics counter-display for two-dozen Pencil-Sharpener Space-Capsules from the early 1960s. Lionel purchased a facsimile of this capsule for use with their #6407 Flatcar with Missile and Removable Mercury Capsule. This item is in remarkable condition for a 45 year-old card-stock display; includes eight each of silver-grey, gold, and blue Mercury VII capsules, each with a pencil sharpener. In all of our years of collecting, this is only the second complete example we have ever seen. All Original in Our Opinion. Please add $30.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
