42nd US President. Typed Letter Signed by President Bill Clinton as Governor of Arkansas. 7 1/4" x 10 1/2" State of Arkansas stationery. November 14, 1986. "Dear Andrew: Thank you for your good wishes following our election victory. Hillary and I are grateful for your friendship and support. Please call on us if we may ever be of assistance to you." Signed "Bill", with a handwritten postscript in Clinton's hand, "Thanks." Nice example of the future President who mentions Hillary. Excellent condition.
