An uncommon baseball card, this hand-cut strip card of Yankee great Tony Lazzeri grades Very Good-to-Excellent (VG/EX) by SGC. Cut appears to be vintage, a little crooked, with 60-40 centering. Clean front and reverse, with no visible creasing. Corners typical of this grade, especially lower right has moderate wear. Back says 'Three Bagger'. Card especially notable for having Lazzeri still in his Pacific Coast League Salt Lake City Bees uniform, a full two years after leaving them for the Yankees. Low population, and only five graded higher by SGC (none by PSA). Excellent card!
