The 1974 Topps Puzzles Box, containing 12 unopened packs, is one of the toughest boxes ever produced by the Topps Company. Packs themselves rarely seen and boxes are unheard of in recent years. Both the box, which is plain white and very generic looking, and the packs are in overall excellent condition. In theory, a complete set could be built by opening all of the packs included, but that almost seems criminal based on the scarcity of the issue and its condition.
