Ten HOFers in this group: Whitey Ford (OML Selig) has inscribed 'Chairman of the Board' under his signature; George Kell 'HOF 83' (OAL Budig); Bob Lemon 'HOF 76' (OAL Budig); Lou Boudreau 'HOF 1970' (OAL Budig); Harmon Killebrew 'HOF 84' (OAL Budig); Luis Aparicio 'HOF 84' (OML Selig); Yogi Berra (OAL Budig); Hal Newhouser (OAL Budig); Larry Doby (OAL Budig); and, the recently departed Phil Rizzuto (OAL Budig). Other American Leaguers with signed balls in this lot: Bill 'Moose' Skowron, Hank Bauer, Mel Parnell, Virgin Trucks, Jim Piersall, Don Larsen, Johnny Sain, Frank Baumann, Al Rosen and Bobby Avila - all modern OAL baseballs.
