Another incredible find, an official Youth League baseball hand-signed by the 'Grey Eagle' Tris Speaker and fellow Hall-of-Famer Ray Schalk. Speaker signed to the left of the Youth League stamp, while Schalk signed on the ball's sweet spot. The ball also signed by Sid Kerne with the inscription 'Cooperstown NY'; Kerne was not an MLB player and we can only assume by the child-like signature that he was part of the Youth League. There also appears to be a Bob Feller signature above the League imprint, but this is actually a Feller stamp that has been traced over (perhaps by Kerne?). Speaker's signature especially ebullient on the ball face. An excellent find, certainly a worthwhile addition to your HOF collection. (PSA/DNA LOA)
