1940s-60s SIGNED & UNSIGNED EXHIBIT CARDS W/ MARIS

An interesting mixture of signed and unsigned Exhibit cards of different series from the mid-20th century. A total of 71 cards, about a third autographed by the pictured player. Most notable signatures are of belated HOFer Nellie (as Nelson) Fox and Roger Maris. Other signed cards include following HOFers: Bob Feller, Enos Slaughter, Frank Robinson, Yogi Berra, Stan Musial (x2), Luis Aparicio, Ernie Banks, Orlando Cepeda, Whitey Ford, Harmon Killebrew, Al Kaline, Bill Mazeroski, Robin Roberts, Warren Spahn and Billy Williams. Some other notables include: Lew Burdette, Norm Cash, Rocky Colavito, Frank Howard, Wally Moon and several more. The unsigned Exhibit cards also are interesting, with several here in Excellent to Near Mint condition, including that of Joe DiMaggio, Dizzy Dean, Bill Dickey, Luke Appling, Jimmie Foxx, Carl Hubbell, Johnny Mize, and Arky Vaughan. Others like Mantle and Mays unsigned cards have condition issues relating mainly to previously taped corners; in fact, that can also be said about nearly all of the signed cards as they are mostly in fair-to-good shape at best.
