In 1982, the St. Louis Cardinals pulled off a bit of an upset against the hard-hitting Milwaukee Brewers and won the World Series in seven games, their first Championship in 15 seasons. This bat carries 25 signatures of players and personnel from that stellar team, including a couple Hall-of-Famers. Nearly every regular, bench player and pitcher from the '82 roster has signed, including the following highlights: HOFer Bruce Sutter, HOFer Ozzie Smith, HOFer Red Schoendienst (as coach), manager Whitey Herzog, veterans Jim Kaat and Gene Tenace, regulars George Hendrick, Keith Hernandez, Tommy Herr, Lonnie Smith, Willie McGee, Ken Oberkfell, and pitchers Joaquin Andujar, Bob Forsch, and more. The one roster regular missing from the bat is the late Darrell Porter. An otherwise outstanding collectible bat, great for longtime fans of the Runnin' Redbirds. (PSA/DNA LOA)
