Three outstanding pieces from the Danbury Mint, all 22" long displays with ten figurines attached, representing three different legendary New York Yankee World Championship teams. The 'Murderers Row' Yankees from 1927 are featured, as well as the Maris/Mantle team from 1961, and the 125-game (including playoffs) winning 1998 squad. The '27 team features HOFers Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Earle Combs, Tony Lazzeri, Herb Pennock and manager Miller Huggins. The '61 team carries Maris and HOFers Mantle, Whitey Ford and Yogi Berra, along with Bobby Richardson, Elston Howard, manager Ralph Houk and more. The 1998 team has figurines of Derek Jeter, Jorge Posada, Paul O'Neill, Darryl Strawberry, Bernie Williams, David Wells, manager Joe Torre, and more. Each display of figurines is made from wood and plastic and is hand-painted; each carries its own COA (personalized). These lifelike renditions are awesome team representations from three different eras of baseball's greatest franchise.
