An outstanding collection of 27 hand-signed mini-helmets, all vintage players from the immediate post-war era through the early years of the Super Bowl. 21 Pro Football HOFers make up a significant chunk of this lot: George McAfee, Otto Graham, Joe Perry, George Blanda, Doug Atkins, Raymond Berry, Johnny Unitas, Lenny Moore, Bart Starr, Jim Brown, Paul Hornung, Jim Parker, Bobby Mitchell, Don Maynard, Herb Adderly, Deacon Jones (x2), Bob Lilly, Fran Tarkenton, John Mackie, Charley Moore, Carl Eller, and Jackie Smith. Other football stars of the era who have signed mini-helmets: Johnny Lattner, Earl Morrall, Don Meredith, and Roman Gabriel. Most players signed in either black or silver sharpie, usually with their uniform number inscribed.
