early 20th c., with applied handles, gold wash interior, body with all over hand chased floral design surrounding an open cartouche (not engraved), raised on an applied cup foot. The bottom is stamped "Tiffany & Co. Makers" with pattern # 4255. 6.85 troy ozs. Condition reportBottom rim is slightly out of the round.
