early 19th c., with under plate, reticulated oval basket and plate decorated with circular medallion depicting a classical structure partially obscured by trees, gilt chain link rim having an iron red outer band. Handles are a later addition. 4" x 9.75", tray is 10.75" Condition reportInterior of the basket with numerous small hairlines and one hairline diagonally across the medallion.
