oil on canvas, signature lower right appears to be "P. Muvroni," a barking dog and belligerent riff raff wake an innkeeper and his wife. Their business shingle, "Osteria Del Vino Bono," gives the only clue that this cold, dark scene is set in Italy. Mounted in gold-painted wooden frame.
