Louis XVI Style Bonheur du Jour Marquetry Cabinet,
ca. 1900, two piece form, the upper part a cabinet with single hinged door with classical pediment and central brass Kylix and flanked by open what-not shelves over single convex drawers, the bottom part a desk with single prominent drawer, raised on octagonal tapered legs with shaped "H" stretcher. 63" x 34" x 21"

From a private collection made in Paris, France through the 1930s and sent to family in the US.

Some looseness and loss to ormolu, minor veneer chipping.
