American Gothic Two Part Secretary,
ca. 1840-50, beautifully figured mahogany veneers, with a high rectangular cornice with ormolu corners over two glazed cabinet doors. The base with a single full width drawer surrounded by ripple molding which opens to a divided desk interior, over two cupboard doors each arched and centered with flame mahogany, raised on a bracket foot base. 8' x 4' x 22" Condition reportSome veneer cracks and small chips, generally very good estate condition.
