A DOULTON LAMBETH COBALT BLUE GROUND STONEWARE VASE, possibly by Edith Lupton, circa 1880, the oviform body with central banding of beaded scrolling blossoms on conforming incised foliage enameled in greenish blue and white between beaded emerald cut molded rectangular borders surmounted by a greenish brown beaded radiating collar with pale blue blossoms under a cylindrical narrow neck with vertical beaded leaves. Impressed factory marks and numbers X, 1880. Height: 11 1/4".
