A RUSSIAN ORTHODOX GOLD LACQUERED AND BLUE ENAMELED BRONZE CRUCIFIX, 20th century, of traditional form centering Christo morto on robin's egg blue and neutral enameled ground cast with angels and saints on dark blue ground with their names in church Slavonic, stamped on reverse with a cross flanked by GB, together with an ostrich egg and stand, black and silver line decorated with a plumed carriage pulled by dancers wearing horse heads beneath a clock striking midnight. Purple highlights throughout a gilt and bronze stand modeled as a cherub holding a halved egg shell. Heights: 8 7/8, 6". (2)
