A SHERATON SATINWOOD DRESSING TABLE by Gillows of Lancaster, circa 1800, the shaped demilune form centering a beveled rectangular mirror with arched crest above a cavetto inlaid with a classical covered urn flanked by branches and scrolling foliage above quarter round graduated shelves with swing drawer on the shaped demilune case with frieze drawer centering a marquetry inlaid drawer with berried curling foliage, on tapering rectangular legs on brass casters. The drawer stamped Gillows Lancaster. Note: warping, drink spots, minor issues due to age and use, original brasses. Height: 59", width: 42", depth: 21 3/4".
