A GROUP OF MASON'S PATENT IRONSTONE CHINA SERVING WARES, various Japanese patterns, 19th and early 20th centuries, comprising a green ground compote of circular form centering a rectangular reserve depicting a blossoming branch with lotus leaf table, with a scepter and flower filled pot, within a border of shaped panels decorated as stylized flowers alternating Chinese figures, enclosed by blossoming scrolling foliage, on a similarly decorated splayed triangular pedestal, together with a tapering octagonal shallow bowl decorated with a central blossoming tree enclosed by shaped borders of stylized textile patterns with blossoms on a conforming similarly decorated base, together with a circular cake plate centering a green and orange flower filled pot on stand within borders of stylized blossoming ruyi, on a similarly decorated base. Underglaze brown and burgundy crowned banner marks, impressed numbers. Height: 4 3/8". (3)
