A FRENCH NEOCLASSICAL STYLE GILT BRONZE MOUNTED MARBLE PEDESTAL, second half 19th century, the cylindrical column surmounted by an Ionic capital finely cast with bearded masks of Hercules surmounted by a ribbon tied triple oak branch pendant on circular socle modeled as a bound berried laurel wreath, raised on a rectangular plinth and conforming base with carved molded trim. Height: 47 3/8" x 13 3/8" square.
