A PAIR OF SÈVRES STYLE PARCEL GILT TURQUOISE GROUND VASES, late 19th century, each of drum shape with a long flaring neck centering an oval reserve depicting Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI within burnished and matte gilt frames of scrolling foliage suspending flower filled vases and rocaille with a pearl border above shaped oval reserves of a seated youth and maidens amidst a forest setting within pearl border flanked by similarly gilt chimaera of scrolling blossoming foliage, in brightly painted colors.
