AN AMERICAN CHIPPENDALE STYLE CARVED MAHOGANY HIGHBOY, the scrolled broken arched pediment separated by three urn-formed flaming finials, above a central shell carved drawer, flanked by two short drawers, over four long drawers, centered by quarter round fluted columns, the lower section with one long drawer flanked by two short drawers, over a serpentine shaped skirt of stylized foliage centering a scrolled shell, raised on acanthus leaf carved cabriole legs ending in claw and ball feet. Height: 88", width: 42 3/4", depth: 20 1/2".
