A FRENCH NEOCLASSICAL STYLE GILT BRONZE FIGURE OF CUPID, late 19th/early 20th century, cast in a reflective moment gazing downwards seated on a base of swirling clouds, with a rose stem and arrows on a truncated white marble fluted columnar pedestal, raised on conforming white marble plinth mounted with berried laurel trim. Stamped on base and underside, Julien Foundry active 1880-1900. Height: 6 3/4".
