A GEORGE III STYLE MAHOGANY ARMCHAIR, stamped CE, the triple arched crest rail centering carved acanthus above a reticulated splat of "C" scrolls and interlocking foliate carved bands flanked by stylized leaf and bellflower stiles issuing serpentine armrests, ending in scrolled handrests on shaped supports and trapezoidal drop-in seat, on a plain seat rail, raised on cabriole legs ending in claw and ball feet. Height: 40 1/4".
