Two American folk-carved canes: 1) T handle carved as a snake or similar animal, of a piece with natural branch shaft, painted black, with traces of red-brown highlights, 36" H.; 2) angled L handle carved as a snake's head, joined to a shaft carved along its length in tapered segments, with traces of polychrome, 37 3/4" H.
Condition reporteach with rubbed patina and heavy wear consistent with use: 1) cracked and repaired during use, missing ferrule; 2) with faded pigment, submit inquiry
