Two American folk-carved canes, each with an animal's head carved into the handle: 1) curling L handle tipped with a laughing anthropomorphic face turned to one side, of a piece with shaft tipped with a long iron ferrule, 36 3/4" H.; 2) natural T handle centering a dog's head on one side, of a piece with shaft, 33" H.
Condition reporteach with rubbed patina and heavy wear consistent with use: 1) has bruising on shaft; 2) probably shortened, submit inquiry
