Antique Pottery Planter Bowl and Pedestal Stand

This pedestal and bowl may be Roseville, or USA Art Pottery. It is not marked. The bowl has an unusual mark on the side. On each side, in the leaf there are the numbers, ''000181818.'' Some crazing and shelf wear. There is a chip on the rim and a chip in the bottom of the bowl, where someone has drilled a drain hole. The bowl measures 6.5 inches high x 7.75 inches diameter. The pedestal base measures 14.5 inches high x 11 inches diameter. There is crazing. SHI $50.
