Highest denomination of series. Terrific French printed design; far and away the key to this country for general issue notes. Slight hinge residue at upper left and lower right corner areas on back; slight rippling at upper and lower margins. A similar example received heavy bidding and finally hammered for $950 in our September 2007 sale.
