Bill of manumission, second class, paying the slave owner to free one person from slavery.  Unusual denomination; uniface.  "LIBERTAD DE ESCLAVOS" in underprint.  Imprint Martinez Herm., Bogota vertically at left.  Small foxing areas; few tiny holes; spots at left center and right; tape repair at upper left on back.  Never previously seen by this cataloger; incredible historic item.
