Design of Dominican Republic (#50), but with date stamp 21.2.1866 date stamp for Cuba (like that of the Bonos del Tesoro) and embossed seal on otherwise plain back. Punch cancelled. Few small holes and small pieces missing; signs of mounting on corners on back. Unusual denomination.
