SIX NOTE SHEET; each piece with the same serial number, but different position "series" letters A; B; C; D; E; F.  Without signature.  For accuracy, couple tiny notches at bottom center.  I have spoken with several experts; nobody can previously recall seeing a sheet of six pieces.  Terrific collector item; overall well preserved.
