Locally made on thin paper; uncataloged promissory note dated same year as actual bank notes. Payable seven months from date. Without signatures or serial number. Split down upper right 1/3. Since El Banco Espanol was started the same year, this issue was probably used to raise initial funds. Early Cuban banking documents are rare and desirable.
