There are a total of 43 reported serial numbers for this scarce $10 Demand Note series. There are only four listed in the census as better, and none of them have been graded. Each of those are listed as 40-30-30-30, and then this one is Net 25, mentioning the always noticed "restoration" on the holder without any explanation. Whatever the restoration is, it isn't easy to pick up on. If you want one of the best, now you can have it. Graded VF 25, restoration, by PMG.
