This is a rare variety Cr. 324a, PF 29, 186_ printed. "The" printed before "Confederate" Scroll 2, lower margin inside frame line stops before "Except", only R-8. Excessively rare. This is probably only the fourth reported. The note does have a piece missing. Graded Ch. Fine 15, pieces missing, by PMG.
