Previously from a 1995 CAA sale where it was described as, "Listed as a counterfeit in Newman, although we have long believed that these 'counterfeits' were actually deliberate overruns from the proper plates signed by the genuine signers, and that an overlap exists of the types listed as geniune and those listed as counterfeit."
