The only public offering in the last 25 years from this ultra-rare Colorado bank has been a very low grade $10 1902 Plainback that was around a few years ago. This new discovery is possibly the best of the three large notes reported on the charter. The bright blue signatures really stand out. A mere 2,368 sheets of large notes were printed before the bank closed in 1931.
