Another Plainback is listed in the census with a grade of VF, but it has not been seen recently enough to appear in the current research data bases. However, I can't imagine it could be prettier than this outstanding example. The note is bright and crackly fresh, and the pen signatures are so dark and clear they look like they were engraved on the plate. The only fault, and it is hardly worth mentioning, is a single pin hole. A true wonder note that could bring a runaway price.
