Three Oval Bennington Picture Frames, American, ca 1849-58, covered in mottled Rockingham glaze. Largest frame retains original wooden peg used to hold picture in place. Unmarked, graduated sizes ranging from 8" x 7.25", 9.25" x 8.50", and 12" x 11". (See Barret 1976: 13, Figure VIII-D,F,G for similar examples).
