Walter A.A.Gen’l." 1p. quarto, Head Quarters Army of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Tennessee, July 21, 1863, being an ‘Extract’ from "Special Orders No. 193" and reads "Private Z.T. Williams Capt Cate’s Company, Ward’s Cavalry Regiment being dismounted, and unable to remount himself is transferred to the 24th Tenn. Regt." By Command of General Bragg and issued to Major General Wheeler. VG.
