Wylley" 1p. quarto, Hartford, Connecticut, Februry 20, 1781, and reads "To 3 Days at the Treasurs counting & banning Bills emitted in March, June & July 1780 amoutning in the whole to the sum of forty five thousand eight hundred & thirty nine pounds fourteen shillings & nine pence 1 farthing. Waages & Expenses for three men L19.72.2..." and continues "Sir. Pay Colo. Elish Williams, Capt. Elisha Pitkin & Rod Lawrence the above mentioned acct. being ten pounds seven shillings in bills of this state..." VG.
