VERY RARE STAMPED "KEESEE & PARR, / RICHMOND, / VA." DECORATED SALT-GLAZED STONEWARE JAR, unusual "2" gallon capacity stamp, brushed cobalt feather decoration spaced around shoulder, Albany-slip glazed interior. From the short-lived partnership between David Parr, Jr. and Thomas W. Keesee. Circa 1860-1865. 12 3/4" h, 7 1/4" dia rim, 7 1/2" dia base.
